A dataset is like a tree cross-section: read the rings and you see what happened — and decide better what comes next. Without that foundation, efficiency is a matter of luck.

My approach: Try out where it holds up and where it does not. What holds up, I turn into tools that actually get used.

Remote sensing and AI make changes in forests and ecosystems visible, across large areas and at short intervals.
My approach: Bring forestry expertise and technology together, so that the data is read correctly.

The circular economy is the biggest lever for efficiency — and for securing our future. The bottleneck is rarely willingness; it is that nobody knows which material flows actually run through the business.
My approach: Measure first, then close the loop. In a research project for small businesses and trades I built a digital benchmark that makes companies comparable instead of lecturing them.

Sustainability data only becomes valuable when it flows through processes instead of sitting in spreadsheets.
My approach: Start small, prototype quickly and build tools that people actually use day to day.
